MID NORTH COAST SEARCH UNCOVERS DRUGS AND STOLEN ITEMS

A 29-year-old man has been arrested, after a search at Tinonee near Taree, allegedly uncovering drugs and items suspected to be stolen.

Around 10am on Thursday, police executed a search warrant at a Winter Street property, seizing steroids, and jewellery.

The man was charged with three counts of supplying prohibited drugs of an indictable quantity, six counts of supplying a prohibited drug, and goods in custody suspected to be stolen.

He was refused bail and will face Taree local court today.
