Police are investigating the obstruction of a mobile speed camera in Tamworth on Friday.
A now viral video posted on social media shows a man, nicknamed the ‘demerit man,’ covering a mobile speed camera with a tea towel.
The man is believed to be a local, but his identity is obscured by his beer box disguise.
The R-M-S says it will continue to assist police with their inquiries.
