77 YEAR OLD PUSHED FROM MOBILITY SCOOTER IN SINGLETON
A woman has suffered broken ribs, wrist and a cheekbone after she was pushed off a mobility scooter on Saturday morning.
The 77 year old was riding along Primrose Lane in Singleton when she was passed by four boys, one of who allegedly pushed her onto the road.
She was taken to Singleton Hospital for treatment before being transferred to Newcastle’s John Hunter Hospital.
Hunter Valley police are keen to speak with anyone who may have information about the incident including four boys aged around 12 or 13 who were in the area at the time.
