POLICE APPEAL FOR DASHCAM FOOTAGE OF NARARA PURSUIT

Police are on the lookout for two men who were allegedly involved in a police pursuit on the Central Coast yesterday afternoon.

Just after 5pm, police attempted to stop a red Lexus sedan with stolen plates on Manns Road in Narara.

Police tracked the vehicle through Narara and Lisarow until they came across a crash between the Lexus and a grey Mazda 3 on The Ridgeway in Lisarow.

The occupants of the alleged stolen vehicle were last seen running through the backyard of a home on The Ridgeway and into Donna Crescent.

The driver of the Mazda 3, a 36-year-old woman, was taken to Gosford Hospital with a possible neck injury.

Police are urging anyone with information or dashcam footage to come forward.

  1. As the owner of the stolen car that was involved in the accident at Lisarow yesterday-I am devastated at my loss. My Lexus was a Limited Edition No 42 of 75 Built and can never be replaced. It was the whole car and not the plates as they were my personal number plates at the time of the accident. It was a right off .
To the offenders-I am disappointed that human beings can treat other human beings in the manner in which you stole my vehicle and destroyed my car.
I worked for nearly 40 years full time for the same employee and I purchased my Lexus with my long service leave money of which I had never taken long service leave in my life .
You have not only destroyed my pride and joy with my car you have destroyed me and the lady in the other car that you hit and caused her injury as well. Both of us are without our vehicles all because you lack respect and responsibility. You are cowards as you even ran away from the scene of the accident. You broke into my home and stole my car when I was asleep. When they catch I hope and pray you will all do a long time behind bars.
