TEENAGE BOY KILLED IN SKI BOAT ACCIDENT

A family outing has ended in tragedy, after a teenage boy fell off a ski boat and died at Port Stephens.

Emergency services were called to the Williams River at Raymond Terrace at around seven o’clock last night.

Police say it appears the 17-year-old fell into the water and went under the boat, while it was making a turn.

The 34-year-old skipper and a man skiing behind the boat were uninjured.
