The Liquor and Gaming Authority has come down hard on Cooks Hill venue, Soho on Darby, following a string of alcohol-related assaults.
It will no longer be able to serve alcohol to patrons, unless they order food.
The authority says an investigation found the kitchen lacking staff, with little being offered on the menu… while the upstairs dining area was being used for DJ entertainment.
It says it wants to send a warning to restaurants, that have morphed into bars and clubs.
