There is a large, slow moving high which plans to sit over the Tasman at the end of the week. It’s making sure conditions remain hot and mostly sunny, with daily coastal sea breezes.
The northerly winds will increase, driving the mercury into the high 30s and low 40s.
A weak change will only affect some on Friday.
So increased heat is on the way with high 30s and low 40s expected for inland communities. It’s expected to be cooler along the coastal fringe thanks to sea breezes.
