According to a new report, Port Macquarie is the number one location for breakdowns in New South Wales.
NRMA data found one car broke down almost every hour in the local area with the roadside assistance company responding to more than 8000 in the past 12 months.
The top four reasons for callouts were; flat batteries, electrical faults, wheels and tyres and vehicle lock-outs.

The top 10 locations in the state for breakdowns also included the Sydney suburbs of Blacktown, Castle Hill, Mascot – as well as Coffs Harbour.
