Police have discovered $30,000 in cash and drugs believed to be methamphetamine during a targeted police operation.

Officers allegedly seized a white crystal substance, believed to be methylamphetamine, cash, drug paraphernalia and a motorbike during the execution of simultaneous search warrants at homes in East Tamworth and Woolomin about 3.30pm yesterday.

A 32-year-old man was also intercepted by police at Caves Beach, just before 3pm.

It was during a search of the vehicle that police allegedly located more than $30,000 cash and a crystal substance believed to be methamphetamine.

He was charged with a string of offences, including supplying a commercial quantity of a prohibited drug, and knowingly deal with proceeds of crime.
