A toddler is fighting for life after being hit by a motorbike on the mid north coast last night.
The 19-month-old boy was airlifted from Coffs Harbour Health Campus to Sydney Children’s Hospital in the early hours of this morning.
He’d been playing with his siblings in a Woolgoolga frontyard when he ran onto the road… neighbours say it’s not the first terrible incident in the street.
“I have been expecting a fatal accident, another fatal accident on this road ever since there was one about three years ago.”
The little boy is critical but stable – the motorbike rider was taken to hospital for mandatory testing.
