WOMAN IN HER 70’S KILLED IN GRAFTON ROAD FATALITY

A woman has died in a single-vehicle accident in the north of New South Wales.

Police say a Toyota Camry was travelling along the Pacific Highway at Clarenza, near Grafton, when it left the road and crashed into a cement drain and embankment shortly before 8am today.

The female driver, aged 77, was taken to Coffs Harbour Hospital in a critical condition, but passed away at about 10am.
