GAV’S WEATHER: FRESH SOUTHERLY MAKES FOR A COLD NIGHT

The main feature is the fast spinning low in the Tasman.

This is generating a large swell and strong southerly winds that are buffeting the coast today.

Tomorrow expect a mostly fine day for the majority of the region after a very cold start inland and across the northern NSW ranges.

The Newcastle coast to Port Stephens will see a shower or two.

Strong southerly winds easing with large swell abating.

  1. Hi!

Was wondering if I could please get a copy of, or link to, tonight’s surf shot after the weather. It was a mate of mine in Ballina and would really like to pass it on to him.

BTW. Love your weather reports Gav, heaps better than others who just read what’s in the screen! ?
