A man accused of a crime spree across the north west on Friday afternoon has been refused bail.
Police allege Robert Paul Atkinson was involved in an armed robbery in Armidale, before failing to stop when police tried to pull him over in Tamworth.
He was arrested at a home on Bligh Street around 5pm, where he’s accused of assaulting a woman.
He’ll face Tamworth Local Court again on September 27.
