A crime scene has been established on Nobbys breakwall following the discovery of a man’s body this morning.
Police were called to the area at around 11:30, with members of the public raising concerns for the safety of a person in the area.
When officers arrived they found the man’s body – who is yet to be identified.
Police have cordoned off the area – launching an investigation.
Work is underway to retrieve the man’s body.
The circumstances surrounding his death are yet to be established.
