A man has threatened staff with a machete during an armed hold up on the Mid North Coast last night.
Police say two staff members were closing a video store on Park Avenue in Coffs Harbour just before 8pm, when a man armed with a machete ran inside demanding money.
A second man armed with a hammer waited outside during the incident.
Staff complied, and the pair fled on foot.
No one was injured in the incident.
Anyone witnesses are being urged to come forward.
