St Vincent de Paul’s CEO Sleepout in Newcastle has raised more than $170,000 for the Hunter’s homeless.
56 of the region’s business leaders slept rough at McDonald Jones Stadium last month, braving the elements for charity.
1,170 donations have been made, with all funds put into running the local Vinnies services.
There is still time to donate though, with fundraising open until the end of the month.
