A 45-year-old man has lost his life after a head on crash between a car and a truck in the state’s far north.
The crash on the Tweed Valley Way happened around 7.00 this morning at Tumbulgum, west of Kingscliff.
The 38-year-old tip truck driver has been flown to hospital with serious leg injuries.
