14 kilograms of cannabis has been discovered in a van near the Queensland-New South Wales border.
Over the weekend, police conducted Operation Northmore, targeting heavy vehicles and dangerous driving in Bogabilla and surrounding areas.
As part of the operation, police stopped a rental van on Merriwa Street in Bogabilla just before 9am on Sunday.
A search of the van allegedly located more than 14 kilograms of cannabis in vacuum sealed bags under a row of seats.
The driver, a 29-year-old Victorian man, was charged with supply indictable quantity of drugs.
He will appear in Moree Local Court in June.
