SHARK SPOTTED IN TUNCURRY ROCK POOL

A popular rock pool in Tuncurry was closed overnight due to an unwelcome visitor.

A two metre shark was seen getting tangled inside the nets just after 4 o’clock yesterday afternoon.

No swimmers were in the pool at the time.

Council re-opened the area this morning.
