The redevelopment of Muswellbrook Hospital has taken another step forward, with the state government unveiling its design for stage two of the project.
The $21-million works are expected to begin mid-year, and will involve expanding and refurbishing the southern side of the hospital.
“We hope to have it all done by the end of 2018 so it won’t be too long and Muswellbrook will be able to have wonderful facilities for stage two,” said Upper Hunter MP Michael Johnsen.
