GAV’S WEATHER – VERY DANGEROUS SYSTEM DEVELOPING

All week we have had to deal with a trough sitting over the east coast spawning multiple small low pressure cells.

Tonight one intense East-Coast Low will form off the northern NSW coast.

This has the potential to produce large amounts of rain, strong winds and dangerous ocean conditions.

The energy from this system will be more focused in the one area.

Strong winds have begun to hit the Newcastle region with the wet weather set to intensify from tonight.

The main danger area will extend north from Seal Rocks to Cape Byron.
