The CEO of the Ballina Fishermen’s Co-Op says a parliamentary report into commercial fishing reforms will do little to ease the burden on local fishermen.
Phil Hilliard claims over the past five years, the reforms have drastically reduced the number of commercial fishermen operating in the region.
