Motorists in Coffs Harbour are warned to expect long delays in and around Harbour Drive while road works are carried out over the next three weeks.
This morning traffic banked up for kilometres with the snarl reaching all the way to Southern Cross University.
The council says the works between Glenreagh and Salamander streets involve extensive excavation and replacement of the road surface.
