MAN AIRLIFTED OUT OF WATAGANS NATIONAL PARK AFTER BIKE ACCIDENT

A 53-year-old man has been airlifted to John Hunter Hospital, after sustaining serious injuries in a mountain bike accident on the Central Coast this morning.

The man sustained a broken leg and suspected broken pelvis while riding in the Watagans National Park at about 8.30.

It’s understood he fell around 40 metres.
