Police are investigating a possible hit and run, after three people were injured in a crash between a ute and a truck, east of Glen Innes.
Emergency Services were called to the Dalmorton State Forest at midday, but it’s unclear exactly when the accident occurred.
A 57-year-old man is in a critical condition and has been airlifted to Coffs Harbour Hospital with injuries to his head, back and possibly his chest.
A 19-year-old woman has suffered back and shoulder injuries, while a 54-year-old man has been treated for suspected chest injuries.
