MUSICIANS TO HOST S.E.S BENEFIT CONCERT

Musicians throughout Ballina are putting their talent to good use – staging a charity concert to raise money for the town’s SES unit.

Fossil Rock, Key Suspects and Glen Massey are among several acts performing.

Organisers hope donations from the gig will help pay for vital equipment.

“It’s about time we helped support them, because they’re the first ones we yell out to. Whenever there’s a disaster, you don’t call ghostbusters, you call SES”

“We need the equipment to do the job, and if we’ve got the right equipment, we can do it a lot quicker and safer.”

Cherry Street Sports Club hosts the concert on Sunday the 13th of November.
