A 55-year-old man has died, after the car he was driving hit a wall on the M1 Motorway last night.
Emergency services including the Hunter’s Westpac Rescue Helicopter were called to the scene at Mount White, at around 6 o’clock yesterday evening.
The car’s driver was treated by paramedics, but died at the scene.
His female passenger was uninjured.
