Tamworth will be hoping tomorrow’s Country Cup clash against Maitland goes ahead, after heavy rainfall in the last 24 hours.
Number One Oval was closed for matches today, in a bid to preserve the wicket.
If it goes ahead, it’ll be the host’s first match of the knockout competition, with hopes of improving on last year’s effort, where the side bowed out in the semi final.
