DRIVER CHARGED FOLLOWING FORSTER CRASH
A man has been charged, following a serious car crash near Forster which was allegedly sparked by road rage.
Police allege two men, aged 29 and 26, were involved in a physical altercation at a Taree service station on Sunday night, before they drove away.
Their cars later collided along the Lakes Way at Failford, with a Hilux rolling a number of times, injuring four people.
It’s alleged the driver of a Mercedes involved in the crash fled the scene.
A 26-year-old man has now been charged with several driving offences.
He’ll face court today.
