MAN AND WOMAN ON THE RUN AFTER CENTRAL COAST HOLD UP

A man held up a service station with a handgun this morning on the Central Coast.

Shortly after 9:30am, a Toyota Camry with two occupants drove up to a service station on the Pacific Highway at Ourimbah.

Police allege the male driver filled the car with petrol before driving away without paying.

Shortly after, the car returned and the driver entered the service station armed with a handgun.

The man allegedly threatened the attendant and demanded money, before driving away with the cash.

Police would now like to speak to a man and a woman who may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 180cm tall, and of thin build. He was wearing a white t-shirt, black shorts and a black and white cap.

The woman is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of large build, with dark hair.

The vehicle is described as a dark coloured late model Toyota Camry.

Anyone that might be able to assist police with their enquiries is asked to come forward.
