KENNEDY CREDITS LENNOX WITH TRESTLES SUCCESS

Lennox Head surfer Stu Kennedy, has attributed his quarter-finals appearance at the Hurley Pro at Trestles, to the familiar conditions.

“What is it about these perfect nuggets that you do so well in? Well, growing up at Lennox it’s always pretty much like this at home. All those years of surfing right-hand point breaks”

Eliminated by wildcard Tanner Gudauskas yesterday – Kennedy’s now returning home for the birth of his baby girl.

The father-to-be plans to skip the Billabong Pro QS event in Portugal, before rejoining the tour at the Quiksilver Pro France.
