Police are urging witnesses to a fatal crash near Tamworth to come forward.
A 43-year-old motorbike rider died on Sunday, following a collision with a car on Werris Creek Road at Duri.
The 19-year-old driver of the car was treated for minor cuts and taken to Tamworth Hospital for blood and urine testing.
The road was closed in both directions as police examined the scene.
