A 22-year-old man has been charged with assault and resisting arrest, following an alleged domestic violence in Raymond Terrace.
Police were called to a Wahroonga Street house yesterday at about 2pm, to find a 22-year-old woman with burns.
The woman was treated on scene by paramedics.
But it’s alleged the accused became aggressive towards police, and they attempted to use a taser on him.
He was eventually arrested and taken to Raymond Terrace Police Station and charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and resisting arrest.
He’ll face Raymond Terrace Local Court next month.
