Earlier, Evans Head reserves player Lloyd Latrelloybron Lowah was rushed to hospital – after suffering a medical episode stemming from a head injury.
Lowah was airlifted to the Gold Coast University Hospital for treatment by the Westpac Rescue Helicopter and is now recovering.
