A powerful blast of polar air is sweeping across the South-East dropping temperatures while delivering blizzard conditions to the Alpine areas. Wind warnings are widespread for our region.
There isn’t going to be much precipitation with this system, for us it will be mostly cold, dry air that will sweep through.
So snow on the higher peaks of the northern ranges will be nothing to a dusting at best. If you have to spend prolonged periods out doors tomorrow make sure you have the appropriate clothing.
