Civic Park was today transformed, with 3,000 pin-wheels installed to spell out the word ‘change’, as part of the Greater Charitable Foundation’s fifth birthday celebrations.
It’s charity partners were also on-hand to view the art-work which, despite the bad weather, they’re hoping the community will come down and see.
Over its history, the Foundation has provided $5-million in funding.
