KENNEDY KNOCKED OUT OF FIJI PRO

Michel Bourez has eliminated Stu Kennedy during round two of the Fiji Pro.

A single 7-point wave from Bourez was all it took, with both surfers struggling to score above 5 points throughout the rest of the heat.

Bourez eventually finished with a two-wave score of 11.5, compared to 8.83 from the Lennox Head local.

Adam Melling is now the only Far North Coast surfer left in the competition.
