A 20-year-old backpacker is accused of stabbing a 38-year-old man during a crime spree in Nimbin over the weekend.
The accused and a 19-year-old were both arrested and charged with a string of offences following a scuffle with police.
In a separate incident, a 38 year-old man was arrested and charged after allegedly assaulting, then threatening his younger brother with a knife in his Shannon Brook home.
