One man has died and another is receiving medical treatment, after a small runabout capsized in waters off South West Rocks this afternoon.
The men were attempting to cross the bar at about 1pm, when their boat was hit by waves.
A 70-year-old man was rescued from the water and is now receiving treatment at a medical facility.
Marine Rescue says the conditions at the bar can be dangerous and it’s the second capsize in a week.
