Finding a rental property on the Far North Coast is only likely to become harder with vacancy rates across the area falling for the second straight month.
According to the latest Real Estate Institute of New South Wales survey, the percentage of properties without tenants has gone from 0.9 percent in December last year, to 0.7 percent in January.
It follows an even larger drop between November and December, where rates fell from 1.5 percent to 0.9 percent.
