CHINESE THEME PARK CONTRACTS EXCHANGED

Wyong Shire council says it’s exchanged contracts with the company behind the controversial Chinese Theme Park for the sale of 15 hectares of land at Warnervale.

Council says deposits have now been paid and the two parcels of land will be sold for $10 million.

The company has 12 months to provide the $3-million dollars for the 1st parcel of land and 2 years to provide the $7 million for the second parcel.

A development application for the first stage of the theme park is on public exhibition.
