REP RUGBY LEAGUE SET TO RETURN TO HUNTER STADIUM

Hunter Stadium has been selected to host a Trans-Tasman double header as part of the NRL’s representative round.
The Kangaroos will take on New Zealand on May 6, with the curtain-raiser to be played between Australia’s women’s team, the Jillaroos, and the Kiwi Ferns.
Meanwhile, former Knights captain Kurt Gidley scored a try on debut for new club Warrington, as the Wolves hammered the Leigh Centurions 46 points to four in a pre-season friendly.
