A teen’s been charged over a home invasion and sex offences at Kempsey.
A 61-year-old woman was sleeping in her home on River Street last week when she woke to find a teenager next to her, armed with kitchen knife.
It’s alleged the 15-year-old assaulted the woman before leaving the scene.
Police claim the teenager also robbed the woman of cash and jewellery.
A 15-year-old is facing charges of aggravated break and enter, indecent assault, common assault and robbery while armed with a weapon.
