A total fire ban has been declared for Moree and Narrabri tomorrow.
The New South Wales Rural Fire Service says with hot temperatures and strong winds forecast, the region will experience severe fire danger conditions.
No fires are to be lit in the open and all fire permits are suspended.
The RFS may also request farm machinery cease operations in vulnerable areas.
The ban commences at midnight tonight.
