A man has been killed and another is in a critical condition following a truck collision on the Pacific Highway near Taree, on the State’s Mid North Coast.
Emergency crews responded to an accident at Cundletown just after 3am this morning, but unfortunately the driver could not be revived.
The two trucks collided in the southbound lanes of the Pacific highway.
Police praised the quick action of passing motorists who managed to pull one man from a burning truck
