KURT FEARNLEY TURNS HIS ATTENTION TO NEW YORK

Australian wheelchair racer Kurt Fearnley has narrowly missed out on a medal, finishing fourth in the 5,000 metre race at the Paralympic World Championships in Doha.
Taking on fierce rivals such as Switzerland’s Marcel Hug and Britain’s David Weir, it was an athlete from Thailand who stole the show.
“Rawat Tana in front for Thailand, I think he’s going to do it. Tana wins.”
Fearnley will now turn his attention to the New York Marathon, where he’ll attempt to win title number six.
