WEATHER: STORMY TIMES FOR NORTHERN NSW AND SE QLD

The NW, Northern Ranges, Northern Rivers and SE QLD were hit by severe storms this afternoon thanks to a very slow moving trough that has been drifting north and will again affect Northern NSW and southern QLD tomorrow with more shower and storm development expected. On the southern side of the tough line the southerly moved in producing a few small showers for the Central Coast. Areas south of Port Macquarie are likely to remain fine tomorrow.
