Construction is set to begin early next year on upgrading Coffs Harbour’s northern breakwall.
The state government is calling for tenders for the $15.12 million project.
The work will include crest improvements and re-armouring between the beach and Muttonbird Island.
Once complete, the upgrade will make the breakwall safer for users and ensure boats docked in the marina aren’t damaged.
Expressions of interest close on October 15.
