The Kangaroos have qualified for the Tamworth AFL decider for the first time in four years, after defeating Inverell in the Preliminary Final at Number One Oval.
The Saints kept pace with the hosts in the opening quarter, kicking three from three.
Leading by 10 at the main break, Tamworth lifted its game, winning the match 113-76.
The blue-and-whites will travel to Armidale to take on the New England Nomads in the grand final on Saturday.
