GAVIN MORRIS WEATHER: A QUICK COLD SNAP

For the fifth time this season snow has fallen on the NSW ranges. Snow even fell on the Canberra CBD at midday which is rare.
The latest cold blast is not going to hang around for long. The cold air will move in tonight and clear out to sea over the Tasman during tomorrow. So Thursday will be windy with strong westerly’s but there’ll be lots of sunshine. Temperatures will be cooler but nothing like the previous cold outbreaks we have endured this winter.
A few coastal showers will fall across Northern NSW and SE QLD early next week but overall we are in for a generally fine run.
